Guest Relations is often the first point of contact a customer has with Traders Village. We are seeking someone with a pleasant personality and customer service attitude that is detail oriented and experience handling cash.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take messages
• Ensure office area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g. packets, brochures, maps.)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone
• Learn and utilize three payment systems (Flea Market reservations, RV Park, and Self Storage)
• Cash handling

Requirements :

Essential Functions :

This job requires standing for long hours, working in the heat and cold, bending, stooping, lifting up to 10 pounds, walking, speaking with customers, and having the ability to operate cash registers, and basic office equipment.

Hours and Benefits :

This is a Part-Time position (Every other weekend). Hours are Sat and Sun 7am to 6 pm.
