We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to help build the financial backbone of our business. This is a high-impact, early-career role for someone who's analytical, entrepreneurial, and excited to create structure in a fast-paced, creator-led environment. You'll own forecasting, support strategic decision-making, and help lay the foundation for a scalable finance function. For the right person, this role has the potential to grow into a Head of Finance position as the company scales.

Who You Are

• 13 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or startup finance
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong Excel / modeling skills and an ability to build from scratch with minimal direction
• A builder's mindset you enjoy creating tools, systems, and processes from the ground up, instead of maintaining outdated systems
• Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions
• A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insights
• Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Intellectually humble and eager to learn
• Bonus : You've seen a startup scale or helped implement new finance tools / processes
