Overview
The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great-tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef through managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation.
- Utilize the food service team to ensure efficient execution of all fresh food / food service operations.
- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing and completing meals and related services.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures and support profitability goals.
Qualifications
