Job Details

We are seeking a talented Litigation Attorney to join our growing Denver team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling complex civil and commercial litigation matters, with an ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes, collaborate with seasoned trial lawyers, and engage directly with clients across diverse industries.

Handle a diverse caseload of complex business, commercial, and civil litigation matters

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses in state and federal courts

Conduct depositions, manage written discovery, and oversee document review

Develop case strategies, evaluate risk, and advise clients on resolution options

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and expert witnesses to build persuasive cases

Contribute to the firms reputation for excellence through exceptional advocacy and judgment

Qualifications

J.D. and active license to practice in Colorado

Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience

Background in one or more of the following areas preferred :

Real estate, property, or construction disputes

Breach of contract, fraud, or fiduciary duty matters

Entity, shareholder, or partnership disputes

Banking, finance, or securities litigation

Employment or trade secret disputes

Insurance, insolvency, or commercial fraud cases
