Overview
Position Summary : Earnest HR Professional looking to support a maturing organization through critical HR objectives and key results. Reporting to the VP, HR, the HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the field for daily core HR needs including Safety & Risk, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment Support and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Cascades the vision of Quest Food Management Services ensuring the Quest vision, values are effectively communicated, understood, and practiced
- Develop and implement Quest Safety Program
- Conduct safety training for employees on policies, procedures, and hazard recognition
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and identify hazardous conditions
- Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prepare files and reports for Leadership as needed
- Support Recruiting and Onboarding of Team Members
- Special Projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's DegreeAt least 3 years of related experienceThe ability to facilitate and connect with both employees and management effectivelyExcellent attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasksStrong understanding of federal, state, and local safety and HR lawsExcellent Verbal and Written Communication SkillsStrong Organizational Skills and Attention to DetailStrong Interpersonal and Problem-Solving SkillsProficient in MS Office ApplicationsQualifications
5-7 years' experienceExperience in Training and DevelopmentPrior experience in Contract Food Service Management IndustrySHRM-CP or PHR CertificationProficient in ADP Workforce NowBi-lingualExperience with RecruitingRole Type : Hybrid (two days Remote) : Note : this position does not offer relocation.
