Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $90 billion across a diversified set of businesses. We strive to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients across market cycles. Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets.
The FP&A Team is dedicated to analyzing and presenting information that assists Senior Management in executing day-to-day operations and developing a long-term strategy for BXMA. This includes daily weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to both BXMA and Blackstone Senior Management as well as public company reporting requirements. The information that is analyzed and reported includes, among other things, revenues, AUM, investor inflows / outflows, loss carry forwards, returns and expenses. This position will play a transformative role for the team, inclusive of outsourcing, technology solutions and reenvisioning processes for future state.
Candidates should exhibit strong analytical and leadership skills as well as exceptional communication skills. Candidates should be highly motivated, team-oriented individuals with innovative solutions who thrive on challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The comparatively small size of this group offers an opportunity to liaise with various teams across the BXMA platform.

Expected annual base salary range : $120,000 - $145,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
