We are offering a great opportunity for a full time, licensed, SUD Supervisor to work in the Petersburg office and administer and provide oversight of services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of services and supervision of staff in MH, SUD, and Peer programs. Supervising clinic staff in the absence of clinic manager. Ensure quality services and compliance with regulations and mandates. Clinical administration and oversight of Same Day Access (SDA), MH / SUD outpatient therapy, and Crisis intervention.

Requirements

M1 : Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field.

M2 : Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) designation with the Virginia Board of Counseling.

M3 : T wo (2) years position related experience in clinical, supervisory, and administrative behavioral healthcare with knowledge of substance use treatment modalities and related outpatient services.

M3 : Valid Driver’s License with a point balance of -6 or higher.

Preferred

P1 : CSAC designation with the Virginia Board of Counseling.

P2 : Experience with justice involved individuals.

P3 : Experience with crisis intervention.

Travel may be required throughout the Greater Reach CSB catchment area.

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

Annual Salary Range

Grade S-C12

$72,824.00 - $84,961.00

$6,000 Sign on Bonus
