Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -Autism Classroom

Pay Range : $ 35,670 To $43,500

Westlake location

Salary : Non-exempt

$500 sign-on bonus!

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. Bring your talents and enthusiasm to our innovative school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! This position is part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8 : 15 am -3 : 45 pm) school program.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team members
• Maintaining daily operation of the classroom program
• Assisting students with instructional and non-instructional tasks as developed by BCBA
• Implementation of and data collection for student behavior plans

Requirements and Qualifications :

We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!
