Were growing and currently seeking a reliable and motivated Installation Helper to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build a career in installation and home improvement.

What Youll Do :

As an Installation Helper, you will support our experienced Installers on job sites and learn the ins and outs of the installation process. Responsibilities include :

• Assisting with the installation of custom closets, offices, garages, pantries, Murphy beds, and more
• Learning to read job paperwork and inventory all materials needed for each project
• Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site with guidance from lead Installers
• Maintaining a clean and organized work truck and job site

What Were Looking For :

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
