• Generates revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
• Cooperates with public emergency response agencies and private entities
• Creates and retains customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
• Participates in restoration related community awareness events and programs
• Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities

ERC's work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As a commercial marketer-retired firefighter, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. Commercial marketer-retired firefighters are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.

Why the team needs you?

Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.
