We are seeking a motivated insurance agent with a business-minded spirit to identify and convert sales leads for insurance policies while overseeing a robust portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will have served in a related insurance industry role in which he or she cultivated a pool of prospective clients through referrals, networking, cold calls, marketing initiatives, and other proactive sales strategies.

Compensation : $120,000 - $250,000
Responsibilities :
- Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and / or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders
- Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances
- Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
- Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles
- Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredExperience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plusExcellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessaryWorking knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulationsInsurance license requiredDriven, self-motivated individuals who want to make $125,000+ per year.Goal-oriented professionals who want to grow within a thriving IMO.Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required.People who can follow a system and execute a simple, proven sales process.Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs.Job seekers must have an insurance license.About Company
