Your Impact :

• Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation by crafting legal solutions.
• Engage with clients to assess needs, provide legal counsel, and build relationships.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Assist in designing business structures and tax planning strategies.
• Stay updated with legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate leadership and a willingness to learn.
• Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters, and assist lead counsel with appeals in Superior Court.
• Enhance the firm's community presence through various forums.
