job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Assess and manage acute and chronic illnesses Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices Manage patient care in critical care settings, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate monitoring Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license in the state of practice Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner Proven experience in primary care, critical care, or related field Knowledge of workers' compensation law and regulations Proficiency in dementia care and management Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make accurate diagnoses Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality
