Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Representative!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to help drive our business growth. If you have strong persuasion skills and enjoy turning prospects into qualified leads, we want to hear from you! Our ideal candidate is a natural deal-maker who thrives on connecting with people.

No Mortgage Experience? No Problem — We Provide Training!

You’ll receive comprehensive training and support as you prepare for the NMLS exam to become a Licensed Loan Officer. This role offers a competitive pay structure with hourly wages plus commission —making it a fantastic opportunity to launch a rewarding career in the mortgage industry.

Compensation :

$16 - $18 hourly + commission

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
  • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness)
  • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role
  • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary
