Acquisitions Manager

A company is looking for an Acquisitions Manager to lead a team of Senior Property Acquisitions Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of seven SPAAs, conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performance culture

Oversee due diligence and ensure state-based purchase targets are met, intervening in complex negotiations as necessary

Collaborate with the Head of Acquisitions to shape strategies and maintain relationships with agents and developers

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in property acquisitions or a related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

In-depth knowledge of property investment and market analysis

Experience in negotiation and relationship management

Ability to implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
