Restorative Aide (CNA)

We are growing our team of Restorative Aides.  Our Restorative aides are those in search of a meaningful career in nursing by transforming the lives of others by providing care and assistance to not only maintain but increase the independence and self-confidence of our residents. Our supportive and caring team is looking for likeminded people to come aboard.

Essential Job Functions :

Provide care to residents that is designed to strengthen muscles, assist with mobility, and promote independence.

Perform Active Range of Motion and Passive Range of Motion in a safe manner to residents.

Provide good body alignment, positioning devices and contracture padding as appropriate.

Monitors and assists with the performance of Activities of Daily Living to promote resident involvement to the highest extent possible

Perform all duties and functions as listed in the Certified Nurse's Assistant job description.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Indiana Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Indiana Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course.

Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
