Responsibilities Hospital Operating Room setting within a Level I Trauma environment Must be able to both scrub and circulate cases Proficiency required with Davinci xi robotic surgeries; familiarity with DV5 Davinci robot is a plus Care provided across specialties including robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac), and trauma Day shifts, three 12-hour shifts weekly, 7 : 00–19 : 30 Expected to work 4-5 on-call shifts within a 6-week matrix, with 30-minute call back response Required to work 4-5 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix across variable shifts Must work at least one major holiday, which may be on any shift Floating to other areas as needed Uses EPIC for charting; EPIC experience is heavily preferred Preference given to candidates who can both scrub and circulate Must be able to care for COVID patients as needed Facility is tobacco and fragrance free Modules must be completed prior to start and typically require 5-6 hours Maximum of 7 days RTO (time off) allowed during contract Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel stipend Holiday and weekend coverage is required per department needs and scheduling matrix Pre-screens and manager interview will determine clinical and team fit Requirements Active PA or compact RN license with no disciplinary actions Minimum 3 years Operating Room RN experience Previous travel assignment experience required Level I trauma experience required; at least one year Level II trauma experience accepted Must be proficient and function independently in multiple specialties including robotic general, gyn, thoracic, and urology AHA or ARC certifications required (such as BLS / ACLS as relevant to role) Proficient with Davinci xi robotic surgery platform, with DV5 experience preferred Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-622244.
