California Licensed Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant with expertise in financial reporting and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with GAAP

Interact with external auditors and reconcile general ledger accounts

Maintain financial integrity through adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Must hold an active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license

5+ years of accounting experience, particularly in financial reporting and audits

Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software, preferably Oracle NetSuite
