Interview Process : 2 rounds, 1 phone screen, 2nd panel interview onsite. Friday interview times available.

Qualifications :

• Experience in radiology or supporting radiology physicians

MUST understand radiology workflow- for example, if a provider calls and asks a question about Fuji PACS- do they know how to answer that? If the image is taking time to load, can they tell them why that might be?

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

A large healthcare system in Atlanta, Georgia is looking to add a physician liaison to support their radiology physicians. This is a direct line for physician support- when the radiology physicians have questions, this resource will act as a direct triage line. This resource should be proficient in basic Tier 1 helpdesk support (troubleshooting over the phone), have a strong customer service background, and a strong understanding of the workflow of radiology so that they can properly triage the problem over the phone with the provider. This role requires some travel to hospitals for rounding and will require being onsite three days a week. This is not a call center position, rather, providing a concierge / white glove service.
