We are looking for strong, motivated leaders to help run our Grand Rapids, MI based Domino's Pizza restaurants. The core responsibilities of an assistant restaurant manager include :

• Maintaining food and safety standards
• Inspiring and motivating a team to operate at a highly efficient level
• Performing and delegating tasks so business operations run smoothly
• Holding team members accountable to ensure follow through
• Demonstrating the ability to deescalate situations and resolve conflicts
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Take deliveries as needed
