Job Description
- Monitor and manage the progress environment (storage, backups, restores etc)
- Patch the system when applicable.
- Troubleshoot issues within the Eclipse environment.
- Provide L3 support to Client 24x7 for major incidents.
- Work with the Eclipse Job management platform to ensure system performance is optimal.
- Working knowledge on how to archive data and manage older data within the database to maintain optimal performance.
