Description :

The ZNET Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the advanced ZNET system at ecoat.us. This patented system ensures precision electrocoating of high-density objects, such as heat exchangers, providing high-quality and reliable coatings. The operator will ensure optimal operation conditions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor the ZNET system to ensure efficient and precise electrocoating of products.

Maintain and ensure the functionality of monitoring equipment.

Diagnose and address any operational issues or discrepancies.

Collaborate with the quality and technical teams to ensure coating standards are met.

Maintain accurate records of operations and quality checks.

Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous system improvement.

Adhere to all safety and operational procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in related fields is preferred.

Experience in operating industrial coating systems or similar equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of safety regulations in industrial settings.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical proficiency in monitoring and operating industrial machinery.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
