In this role, you’ll contribute to story development, writing, and creative tasks while also taking ownership of production coordination and logistics to help bring projects to life.Story Development and Creative SupportResearch and develop healthcare / medical stories, becoming an expert in assigned topics.Support the writing and editing of compelling interview-driven scripts, treatments, and discussion guides.Prepare clients and talent for on-camera appearances.Coordinate & manage client feedback.Production CoordinationSchedule meetings and shoots, book travel, and maintain production calendars.Prepare and maintain key documents such as call sheets, shoot schedules, and asset trackers.Research and vet crew members, POs, deal memos, and vendor invoicing.Support producers in person or virtually during shoots with coordination and problem-solving.Post-Production SupportCoordinate post-production workflows, including transcription, stock footage, and asset organization.Manage client feedback, direct simple graphics and collaborate with editors.Post-produce small projects : manage client feedback, direct simple graphics, and collaborate with editors.Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.What You Bring...Previous experience in medical content and / or strong personal medical experience are preferred.2+ years of experience in video production, agency, or marketing environments. (Internships count!)Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Portfolio or writing samples required.Strong organizational and planning skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects.Hands-on production experience, including on-set work and production logistics.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Film Production, or related field preferred, but not required.Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) skills; excitement about technology.Familiarity with travel planning and working across different time zones.A collaborative, positive attitude and eagerness to grow.What We Offer...Our hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm PST. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be requested.Initially a part-time position ramping up to full-time 1099 contractor through December 31 (including the week between Christmas and New Years) with option to renew; 60-day trial period to ensure fit for both parties.Fully remote position with a small but mighty team.Hands-on experience across all phases of production, from concept to delivery.Comprehensive training and mentoring in the Authentica Way of producing.EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) structure.Starting pay range is $25-30 / hr.Thank you for exploring Authentica Media as the next chapter in your career.
