Overview

To Provide Communication And Leadership To Amts. Facilitate Safe And Efficient Routine And Non-Routine Aircraft Maintenance. Work With Amts To Minimize Aircraft Delays, Cancellations And Oos Impacts. Execute The Daily Plan. Monitor Progress Relative To Schedules And Company Standards. Resolve Exceptions To The Daily Plan Within Their Designated Span Of Control. Additionally, Accept Responsibility For The Daily Plan When There Is Not A Manager Onsite.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma / G.E.D Required. Current A&P Licenses Required. Must Be Able To Obtain A / C Run & Taxi Certification On Applicable Company Equipment. Current Knowledge Of Fedex A / C Maintenance Programs, Fedex Systems, Operations Specs & Applicable Portions Of The FAR. Ability To Read, Understand And Utilize Mx Manuals, IPC, Wiring Diagrams, Etc. Ability To Work Odd Work Weeks, Rotating Shifts And Accept Mx Road Trips. Ability To Use Applicable Test Equip, And Support Equip For Their Intended Purpose And To Identify Malfunctions In Them. Must Be Able To Lift & Maneuver Heavy A / C Related Components, Parts & Equipment. Subject To Regulatory Alcohol & Drug Testing Which Includes Testing For Marijuana, PCP, Amphetamines, Cocaine & Opiates. A Valid, Non-Restricted Driver'S License From The State Of Residence Is Required. In Order To Be Eligible For A Lead Position, The Sr. Amt Must Have One (1) Continuous Experience At The Station Or Location Of Responsibility Immediately Prior To Bidding (Per Ameh).

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency : This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in New Jersey. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay will be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full-time employees, or part-time employees who have completed 91 days of employment and worked a minimum average of 12 hours per week, are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and / or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement and retirement savings.

Pay : Starting Hourly Pay : $49.88 - $54.08
