Crane Operator
As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating cranes to lift and transport stock, forging dies, trim presses, and other equipment around the forging presses and pre-heat furnaces. You will play a vital role in providing crane services for changing dies and related equipment, while also contributing to die scheduling and monitoring die temperatures.
Must be open to overtime and working every other weekend

Work Environment
The work environment involves inspecting finished forged metals in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Metals weighing 20 - 350 lbs are moved via crane or automated robot, eliminating physical lifting requirements. Inspectors will have assigned work stations but will move around for different quality testing tasks. The company is known for its global leadership in forged wheels for commercial vehicles, utilizing technology for strength and weight savings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $58000.00 / yr.
Supplementary pay plan in addition to salary OT is paid in blocks of 2 hours ($125), 4 hours ($250), 8 hours ($500) Will be paid $250 / month for working 3rd (shift differential) Medical starts day one 401k competitive = matches 100% of earnings up to 6% add another 3% - total 9% match Vest from day 1 Tuition assistance Will send these employees to different schooling programs supervisors have great tenure haven't hired one in a long time!!
