A health services network in Pennsylvania is looking to add a licensed Psychiatrist to join their growing Outpatient team in Berks County. About the Opportunity : Start Date : ASAP Schedule : Monday to Friday Hours : 8am to 4 : 30pm Setting : Outpatient Patient Population : Adult Patient Volume : 5 to 8 per day EMR : Epic Responsibilities : The Psychiatrist will : Monthly medication management of all current patients Psychiatric evaluations of new patients Occasionally traveling in the community to local personal care home or patient'shomes Completingdocumentation as formatted Performingother duties, as needed Qualifications : Graduate Degree in Medicine Licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania Board Certified in Psychiatry Solid assessment and documentation skills Your privacy is important to us.
