HealthCare Recruiters (HCRI) is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Southeast New Mexico for an established nonprofit organization with a proven history of delivering high-quality community mental health and MAT services to Lea County and the surrounding areas.
PMHNP Responsibilities
- Work FT, flexible scheduling options
- Clinic hours 7AM -7PM & Saturdays
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy
- See patient across the lifespan
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and accreditation standards
- Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings
- Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists, pharmacists, and external providers
- Respond to urgent / emergent psychiatric needs during regular business hours
- Ensure timely coordination of refills and client medication follow-up
PMHNP Requirements
Master’s degree and Nurse Practitioner license with psychiatric designation (PMHNP)Active New Mexico license (or license eligible at time of hire)2+ years of behavioral health experience preferred but not requiredBilingual English / Spanish preferred but not requiredMust reside in or relocate to Hobbs, NMPMHNP Compensation
