As a Security Professional - Bank Patrols in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, assist with access control, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Monday - Friday : 08 : 45 AM - 04 : 15 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required by site policies.
  • Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations to help to maintain order within the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and / or military experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
