Recommend enhancements to data collection and analysis processes. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably within an HR context. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and engaging way. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Vice President, HR Strategic Analyst
As our Vice President, HR Strategic Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize your master Excel skills for advanced data analysis, develop compelling presentations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
