Number of Beds - 12

Number of Staff - 6-8

Day Shift : 5-7 RNs

1 ER Tech (11 : 00 - 23 : 00)

1 Unit Secretary (09 : 00 - 17 : 00, Monday to Friday)

Night Shift : 5-6 RNs

1 ER Tech (11 : 00 - 23 : 00)

1 Unit Secretary (17 : 00 - 01 : 00, Monday to Friday)

Patient Ratios : 4 : 1

Type of Equipment : EMR

Typical Hiring Profile :

Candidates are preferred who have strong experience in Neuro and Cardiac.

Ideal candidates possess high energy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Procedures Performed :

STEMI

Stroke / TPA

RSI

Dress Code :

Preferred scrub color is royal blue, but it is not a requirement.

Competitors' emblems are not acceptable.

Awards and Recognition :

12-minute door to needle TPA time.

Fastest bed assignment time for patients in the region.

Additional Information :

This unit features new equipment and technology.

The staff has significant tenure and experience.
