A company is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Lead (Service Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud designs, implementations, and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer service challenges and develop scalable solutions
Manage project timelines, team resources, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies
Required Qualifications
Deep expertise with the Service Cloud platform, including both declarative and programmatic capabilities
Salesforce Certifications : Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Administrator I / II, Data Architect
Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, reports, and dashboards
Strong understanding of customer support operations and call center processes
