More About The Position

A T&G Drain Tech

No holiday or overnight emergency service / on call

Provides 5-star service running preventative maintenance and drain service calls to residential customers to restore the flow of their clogged drains

Is dispatched from home using Service Titan software through an iPad, running 4-6 calls per day

Offer customers the option of having a Drain Specialist equipped with a camera diagnose their main drain lines as needed with a conversion rate of 65%

Offers Home Care Club plans to new customers or renews at a conversation rate of 60%

Works a rotated late start and Saturday shift

What Does It Take?

• 0-2 years of industry experience or mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn the sales and technical aspects of the role
• Dedication to learning a skilled trade on the job
• Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report
