A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding member questions and complaints
Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while assisting team members as needed
Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with customer service policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
No formal education requirement
