HR Technology Solutions Specialist
Location : Onsite – Midtown, Manhattan
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Technology Solutions Specialist to join an HR team. This is a direct hire role that will play a critical part in optimizing and advancing the HR technology systems. The ideal candidate is a Workday expert who thrives in dynamic environments, can work independently with limited direction, and enjoys building tools and processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting and enhancing system functionality.
- Pull, analyze, and report on HR data to inform decision-making.
- Design and implement tracking systems, surveys, and HR tools within Workday.
- Improve and streamline existing processes to increase efficiency across HR operations.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and explore new solutions.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure HR systems align with business strategy.
What We're Looking For
7–10 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles, with deep expertise in Workday.Strong analytical skills and experience building systems, tools, and workflows.Excellent problem-solving ability with a "roll with the punches" attitude.Ability to work with minimal handholding while adapting to changing business needs.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Seniority level
