Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our customer's team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and experience utilizing Paycom's recruitment platform. This role will partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Effectively utilize Paycom's recruitment tools and features to streamline applicant tracking, candidate communications, and onboarding tasks.
  • Proactively source talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings by fostering positive relationships with job seekers.
  • Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, clear expectations, and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to create and implement recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and employment laws to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Paycom recruitment tools and applicant tracking system required.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills across various roles and levels.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices related to recruitment.

    Ultimate Staffing is assisting a customer in Ft. Worth TX to hire a Recruiter with Electronic Manufacturing experience.
