A company is looking for a TPO ICD Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Review the Title Commitment for accurate vesting

Set up the Escrow Account by reviewing the Homeowners Policy and Tax Certificate

Thoroughly review loan files for data accuracy and verify wiring instructions with title companies

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in all loan types such as FHA, VA, RD, CONV

Expectation of processing 16 to 20 Initial Closing Disclosures per day

Ability to adapt to change quickly

Organized with strong time management skills
