5+ years of UX research experience in complex environments (fintech, trading, enterprise software, or similar domains)Expertise in a broad range of research methods tailored to research objectivesExperience conducting usability studies and optimizing workflows for high-stakes environmentsStrong collaboration skills to work effectively across design, product, data, marketing, and engineering teamsExcellent communication and storytelling abilities for presenting insights to senior stakeholdersHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
