Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide customized advice.

Inbound Calls : Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.

Policy Recommendations : Design and propose insurance plans that meet each client's unique needs.

Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional coverage options.

Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Education : Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer up-to-date advice.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health License preferred.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
