Membership Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and organized Membership Coordinator to manage our Friends of Bardi program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks. You'll be responsible for keeping our members happy retaining existing memberships, updating payment information, and helping new customers join the program.
You'll spend your day interacting with customers over the phone and through email, working inside our ServiceTitan system to manage accounts and memberships. This position combines customer service, light sales, and administrative work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Manage and maintain existing membership accounts in ServiceTitan.
Reach out to members to update payment methods, renew plans, and ensure accurate billing.
Contact customers about renewing or joining the Friends of Bardi program.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Track and report on membership growth, retention, and renewal goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase membership participation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-up habits.
Comfort working on the phone and in a computer-based environment.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software a plus.
HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry experience helpful, but not required.
A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
