A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and scale critical policies and governance frameworks for its global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Govern and maintain core sales policies, ensuring clarity, fairness, and global consistency
Lead the account dispute process, resolving ownership conflicts in a timely manner
Identify and redesign governance systems to scale with company growth, introducing automation and AI-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations and Renewals Strategy roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven ability to drive improvements in sales workflows through cross-functional project management
Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales tech tools; experience with Renewals or Customer Success teams is a plus
Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of leading complex projects
Bachelor's degree from a top university; focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred
