Ed Voyle Acura s State-of-the-Art Collision Center and Auto Body Repair Shop in Chamblee, GA (in north Metro Atlanta) is a great place to have a rewarding career! We need to hire an experienced Collision Estimator to inspect accident-related damaged vehicles, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair / restore to pre-loss condition, communicate with customers, and more.

Responsibilities - Collision Estimator :

  • Inspect and assess auto body collision-related damage, write a cost estimate of parts and labor needed to repair and restore it to pre-loss condition, and review with the customer.
  • Communicate with the insurance company regarding the claim.
  • Collaborate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams.
  • Follow repair jobs through the entire process and keep the customer updated.
  • Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

Qualifications - Collision Estimator :

  • Auto Collision Estimator experience is required
  • Excellent customer service skills are required
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Experience with industry standard software is a plus
  • Knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team participant with a good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Organized and pays attention to details
  • High school diploma or equivalent
