We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Facilities Technician to help maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our facility. This role is essential to minimizing downtime, reducing operational costs, and supporting a productive work environment. You’ll be responsible for general maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting facility projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Perform general maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems; escalate issues as needed

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all facility areas

Inspect and document electrical systems and equipment performance

Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues

Construct and maintain showroom kitchen displays, including installation and finishing

Coordinate tasks with internal departments to support operational goals

Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Support additional projects and duties as required

1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

Familiarity with general construction and maintenance practices

Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours)

Frequent use of hand and power tools; good eye / hand coordination

Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs; exert up to 50 lbs of force

Comfortable with bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing ladders

Work performed in a manufacturing environment with active forklift traffic

This role does not include direct reports.
