Opportunity

12-14 shifts / month based on provider preference
5 on / 5 off or 4 on / 4 off schedule available
Optional opportunity to collaborate with residents
Telehealth available for Neuro, Stroke, and Behavioral Health related visits
6,000 annual visits

Compensation
