Job Title : CNC Programmer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development of medical-grade parts. This role involves programming and setting up multi-axis CNC machines using software like Mastercam, Fusion 360, and PartMaker. You'll be responsible for developing processes that adhere to tight tolerances required in the medical field.

Responsibilities

  • Program and set up multi-axis CNCs using Mastercam, Fusion 360, PartMaker.
  • Develop processes for tight-tolerance, medical-grade parts.
  • Design and build custom fixtures and tooling in SolidWorks.
  • Apply advanced cutting tool strategies for faster, cleaner machining.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO / AS9100 quality standards.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years in CNC programming and setup.
  • Proven experience in medical device or orthopedic component machining.
  • Expertise in CAM programming, fixture design, and G-code editing.
  • Knowledge of coatings, finishes, and biocompatibility standards.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CNC programming, Mastercam, CNC machining, SolidWorks.
  • Experience in designing and building fixtures in SolidWorks.
  • Familiarity with lathe, mill operations, and prototype development.

    The work environment includes both office and manufacturing floor settings. You will be part of a growing company utilizing cutting-edge technology in the medical device industry.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Hudson, New Hampshire.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $80.00 / hr.
