Temporary Office Specialist (Open)
Provide front line customer service in person, over the phone, and in writing to convey rules & regulations, amenities and activity information to park guests. Schedule and confirm reservations for campgrounds and update and maintain reservation system records. Sell park permits, activity tickets and re-sale items. Operate various office machines ie. computer, copier, calculator and fax machine. Assist with training staff on the reservation system, office practices, customer service and park policies. Assist with providing administrative support. Drive state vehicle to transport office supplies. Perform related duties as required. Assist and conduct deposits as directed by park Superintendent(s).
Minimum Qualifications : Coursework / training in administrative / office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria / regulations; and / or performing administrative / office / secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.
