job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConducts water extraction and mold remediation tasks Works both independently and as part of a team, as required by the project Communicates clearly and effectively with co-workers and customers Reads and follows directions given by supervisors or team leader Solves problems that may arise during the course of the job Sets up and takes down drying equipment Ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality Minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary. Candidates must be able to pass a background check. A minimum of 1 year of restoration or construction experience is required. Willingness to work on an afterhours / on-call / rotation is expected. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years is mandatory. IICRC certifications WRT ASD ARMT preferred, but not required 2 years experience as lead restoration tech Xactimate experience preferred
