Ola Sol is a premium agave wine that delivers the refreshing taste of tequila with half the alcohol and calories. Were pioneering a new low-ABV wine & spirits category in the alcohol beverage industry and were looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Representative to launch and grow our presence in Northern California.

This is a career-defining opportunity to sell a new product with zero competition in its category.

The Role

Were hiring a Beverage Sales Representative / Alcohol Sales Manager who knows the Bay Area market. Experience in wine, spirits, or alcohol beverage sales is a plus, but not required what matters most is being a natural salesperson who loves building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving sales volume.

Youll represent Ola Sol across on-premise and off-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, and retailers) while working closely with distributor partners. Once the market is established, youll also have the opportunity to hire and train your own sales team .

Were open to part-time, contract, and full-time candidates.

What You'll Do

• Drive alcohol beverage sales : Open new accounts, build strong relationships, and secure re-orders.
• Tell the Ola Sol story : Educate distributors, retailers, bartenders, and consumers about agave wine.
• Build cocktail programs : Create easy-to-implement offerings that increase volume and margin.
• Work the market : Minimum 4 days per week calling on accounts (bars, restaurants, retail).
• Distributor management : Partner with our distributor team to ensure alignment and growth.
• Plan & execute strategy : Develop monthly sales plans, manage budgets, and hit KPIs.
• Host trainings & tastings : Conduct brand education and build awareness through events.
• Stay compliant : Ensure all sales practices follow state & company laws / policies.
