Job Title : Technical Project Manager 4

Location :  Beaverton , OR

Salary Range :  $64 / hr to $67 / hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our agile initiatives and drive the development of cutting-edge digital products. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Lead in software development environments for consumer-facing mobile apps and connected products
  • Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for us on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with design sprints and new product development best practices
  • Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements and user stories
  • Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Coordinate delivery of native iOS and Android apps, WatchOS and WearOS apps, and microservices-based backend solutions
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
