Opportunity : RN - PICU Job Details : - Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM - Provide care in a 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Maintain 2 : 1 patient ratios - Work with general cardiac monitoring, CRRT, and TPT placement equipment - Use Meditech EMR system - Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements - Must demonstrate ability to work well under pressure - Excellent assessment skills required - CRRT experience preferred - APHON certification preferred - Attention to detail essential as physicians are willing to train on new skills - Work effectively in a teaching hospital environment - Collaborate with intensivists, registered nurses, desk technicians, respiratory therapists, dietary staff, and case management during night shifts Facility : This healthcare facility operates a specialized 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit within a Level II Trauma Center.
