The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting for both rural and urban markets, and the ability to support inclusive hiring practices while providing an excellent candidate and manager experience.

Worksite Location : Mendota Heights, MN – Hybrid; 2 days onsite per week (team onsite Wednesdays).

Salary Range : Hourly rate between $35 and $45, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple business units
  • Support full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Recruit for a variety of roles, including Account Managers and Territory Sales Reps
  • Leverage multiple sourcing resources to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Provide a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through strong communication and partnership
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Inclusion team to support employer branding and equitable hiring practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle or sourcing), preferably in high-volume environments
  • Experience recruiting for field territory sales reps, account managers, and customer service roles
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to recruit in rural areas as well as urban markets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence to work independently in a mostly remote environment while flexing to team needs
  • Agility and adaptability – ability to pivot quickly and take ownership
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
